ProService-L offers HRM strategy development and its embedding into the organization. Our specialists will develop practices and mechanisms covering all aspects of an employee’s lifecycle: recruitment and selection, development, succession and performance management. A special emphasis will be put on the employees’ roles and responsibilities, job profiles, professional development and promotion, appraisal, reward, motivation schemes and other. We can also offer solutions to improve and/or transform the organization’s already existing HRM technologies and policies.

To ensure a smooth functioning of HRM system in the organization, ProService-L professionals will conduct follow-up consultations and training in the following areas:

  • Designing policy frameworks for Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Salary and Reward, Performance Appraisal, Employee Motivation and Engagement, Staff Retention and much more
  • Consulting and coaching of Personnel Manager and/or respective managers and supervisors in using people-related practices
  • Staff Training on a broad range of issues to improve customer service experience and help raise motivation and loyalty!
  • Developing performance standards, targets and KPIs
  • Designing evaluation and measurement methodology
  • Developing communication skills required for providing constructive feedback and reaching agreement to improve individual and organizational performance
  • Analysis of HR metrics (measurements of key HR initiatives)
  • Linking HR processes with organizational performance and external economic benchmarks
  • Assessing and measuring the key traits of the workforce (for example wellbeing and productivity)
